The Organics Polishing System (OPS) is Anaergia’s advanced pre-digestion cleaning solution, designed to remove fine contaminants—such as grit, plastics, glass, and inert materials—from recovered organic streams. When paired with Anaergia’s OREX™ system, OPS produces high-purity feedstock that extends digester equipment life, reduces maintenance, and helps facilities meet the most stringent digestate quality standards without the need for post-screening.

The Organics Polishing System is a combination of a dynamic cyclone to remove plastic and a hydrocyclone to remove grit, and other contaminants.
